If you purchase physical mooncakes, we will be shipping them out within 1-2 weeks after purchase, so you can get ready for the Mid-Autumn Festival from the comfort of your home. (We will stop taking orders few days before Mid-Autumn Festival to ensure the mooncakes are delivered on time.)

If you purchase mooncake vouchers, you can easily redeem them in person at our designated pick-up points during the redemption period from August 24 to September 25, 2026. To ensure a smooth redemption process, please pay special attention to the following location arrangements:

  • From August 24 to September 18, you may redeem your vouchers at any of our pick-up locations.
  • However, from September 19 to September 25, redemption services will be strictly limited to designated pick-up points marked with a "★".

Please keep these dates and locations in mind, and plan your pick-up schedule in advance!
